Free shipping on every order

We offer free standard shipping to the United Kingdom on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) or due to carrier delays, delivery may take a little longer.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track your order page. Tracking may take 2–3 days to show its first update.

Duties and taxes

If any import duties or taxes apply to your order under UK regulations, they will be handled in accordance with those regulations. If you have questions before ordering, please contact us.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
