Shipping & delivery

Do you ship to the UK?
Yes — and shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch.

How can I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check it on our Track your order page.

My tracking hasn't updated. Is that normal?
Yes, it can take 2–3 days for the first update to appear. If nothing changes after a week, email us and we'll check it for you.

Sizing

How do your sizes fit?
Most of our pieces use Asian sizing, which runs smaller than UK sizing. We recommend sizing up if you're between sizes. Check the size details on each product page.

Can you help me choose my size?
Of course! Email us your height, bust and waist measurements at shopgraldo@gmail.com and we'll recommend a size.

Payment & security

Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
